(forced air, steam radiator, hot water baseboard, etc)?

Maybe creative financing options or shifting property classes could help ease the pressure.

AND, to boot, as we go higher, the air is thinner, there is less there (affordability).

While it's true that some Floridians are moving out, particularly due to rising insurance costs and other economic pressures, Florida continues to see a net influx of residents.
