Hey Don,How does your age factor into this?

As I am not a spring chicken with my age..there are always concerns about "What happens if I die?"...

Most preachers will tell you that we are under the age of grace with a new covenant but oddly enough they never throw out the mosaic law of tithe .

Morbid question here...but at a certain age we thing "What happens to my assets when I die?".

Knowing people and human nature you find out by the time you reach my age that there is no such a thing as predators caring for sellers.

Under the newer (and county-optional) tax lien auction procedure, investors bid down the interest rate they are willing to accept if there is a redemption.

Another issue is the gas station includes a liquor store so opening a new company to buy out business would mean losing the age of liquor license which may be beneficial in the future if they pass a law on permitting more liquor licenses to existing holders. 

You have positioned yourself exceptionally well at your age, you don't want to mess that up by jumping too quickly.

"limited access to capital until retirement age" - I don't like this statement.

I assume everyone plans to stop buying and pay off their properties someday, so all we’re talking about is at what age or what number of properties to stop at.
