What tasks would you have them do if you were to hire one?

Buildium would help with the expense tracking but also enable PM tasks such as lease renewals, maintenance requests, rent collection, etc.

Using co-hosts might help distribute management tasks, but this can complicate your ability to meet the material participation requirements, especially the 100-hour rule.
