I personally would probably prefer to invest in a note fund instead if individual notes but you have to be accredited for that.

If you are accredited then you'll be able to receive marketing packages from sponsors and view them online through website like Realtyshares.

No, that's not how Seattle operates, but any accredited investor which I can tell you are not, knows that apartments won't allow you to do all of this until you are under contract.
