Keep in mind the transaction fees brokerages charge are generally a flat fee regardless of the size of the commission so you will sometimes see the sales agents absorb this cost when they earn larger commissions.

My wife and I were just talking about coming up with different ways to absorb knowledge from investors with good knowledge and the way is most of the time overlooked, I but it is a great way.
