There was a huge boom right after the pandemic, but now I see the markets slowly cooling down.Looking forward to hearing from this amazing community!

The restriction on rentals that they put up for a vote would have been steep and abrupt: no grandfathering current owners, no gradual phase-in, nothing to mitigate what would have been a great deal of forced investment-home sales in what would have been fairly brief period of time.

Tampa, Orlando, Miami, Broward, Jacksonville and their surrounding areas are all booming right now and can be great long term hold plays that still will cash flow if you find the right deals.

The market is booming in both the business and real estate sectors.

Areas between Celina, Mellissa, Anna till Sherman are going to be boom towns for SFH.
