And only in states were commercial loans are exempt.Although I am firing my NMLS license back up here in Oregon to do some very targeted HML in the PDX market but again it will all be none owner occ.. and in Oregon non owner occ 1 to 4 has the same safe act rules except they are abbreviated..

Not bashing contractors, I had my belt on for 12 years and know great contractors, it just gets too easy to over pay, especially if you have no idea of material or labor cost like I have no idea of many abbreviations being used on this chat, I’ve just joined about 2 hours ago and I’m pretty excited about some contacts I could be meeting.

Twenty or more years ago we would have to put an ad in the newspaper with all kinds of silly abbreviations to keep the ad as small as possible, because the newspaper publisher had to be paid for such ads and charged per line of text that was printed.Be glad you can write out as much text as you want, and even include pictures, for a nominal charge.Having said that, there was another thread on this topic where I tried to see if TurboTenant was charging to place ads on the Zillow network of sites; that could be a solution, and even if not they will post to lots of sites to increase exposure.
