I've been surpriced that even after catalysts, such as oil prices dropping and and Toursism from Mexico dropping due to tensions between the our governments, presenting themselvelves the Texas economy and housing market simply keeps moving forward.

Some of these strategies are due to family tension, and hence there's no way around it.

One benefit is that they put so much tension on my ignition that after a while, I'm able to start my vehicle and then remove the key while it's running.

There are some who do, but they usually have a specialty that deals with all sorts of homeowners; for example, I had to have a tension spring replaced on a garage door at my house where I live, and the repair guy said he accepted credit cards.

There will probably always be tension surrounding the shared elements of the house such as bathroom, kitchen, and common room, and most issues will involve cleanliness and noise.  

I think tension only builds when the rules are unclear/inconsistent.Good luck!

The house may not show well and if the current tenant is there during the showing there will be tension or worse.

Does anyone have any opening lines they use to ease the tension on a visit like this. 

Depends on alot of factors, but - ultimately both of you have to be satisfied with the deal, otherwies the aggravation, tension and recriminations will never be worth the profit.

The next step in the slab process is installing the post-tension cables and vapor barrier.
