During business hours his company will have a clerk or somebody sitting at a desk answering the phone, I wouldn't give any specifics to the clerk because they may tip off your tenant, but they can probably connect you with the CO or First Sergeant.Have a paper trail prepared when you speak with the company leadership (CO & First Sergeant).
