Libra’s big issue is that it will be launched by, and if you look into it controlled by Facebook, even if they say it will be a separate foundation.

You don't need to know everything to get started; you need a foundation to build on, and the rest will come through experience and then refining your education.You can build a basic understanding of investing in 3-6 months.

The next slab foundation I have that needs new flooring I plan on doing concrete staining.

Roof is 30 yrs old but structural and foundation is in good conditions and everything else is intact.

Might also try one of the stock brokerages that has intl offices as well like Schwab or Fidelity.I would also get it here in the bank account and ready to spend, before you do much work with them.
