after rereading my original comment and then @Anna Sagatelova's i agree with her. you can not say "great place for students". you can talk proximity to other locations, like the medical campus or hospital tho.

@Fred TracyBy rereading your post I am not sure that I answered your question correctly.My answer assumed that each property was in a different series of the same LLC (three different legal entities)If all three properties are in the same series of the LLC you can use the money generated by one property to pay expenses from the others as they all are owned by the same entity.

When re reading your post i see what you mean about the landlord being somewhat negligent here however that doesn’t negate the fact this person has been a tenant for 13 years and alive on earth for 70 years .
