My contractor who specializes in mobile home remodels said expect rehab to be 100k +- 20%, and my agent gave me comps in that same park that averaged 250k.

I spent too much on the remodel so I will be leaving some money in the deal but am holding long term and the cash flow will be great once we move out of one of the units.

Hi Mary,We have a company in Jefferson County, MO and we fix and flip houses, along with residential and commercial remodeling.

I put a classic remodeled Airstream in my backyard.

That is an interior heavy rehab, i.e. remodel kitchens and baths, new floors, fresh paint. 

We have to keep in mind flippers have a bad reputation of doing the bare minimum and making loads of money (which we know isn't true).It would be hard for me to recommend remodeling it without spending more time on it.

Some remodels can be >100K in work and it's a lot to track on sheets. 

To some people a $50k kitchen renovation is large scale, to others a $300k full gut remodel is large-scale.
