I do not believe any actual easement exists but it is my understanding as the line has been there for a very long time (it is clay so I'm guessing 60 years or more I have either a prescriptive or implied easement).

If you do not allow them, you lose out to half the renters in the market or the renters will just get a fake prescription for an emotional support animal and you'll be forced to allow the animal but not allowed to monetize it.Instead of rejecting animals, figure out how to protect yourself while monetizing it.Personally, about 1/3 of my rentals allow animals and we rarely have a problem that's not covered by the security deposit.

Perhaps neither is the same prescription, but seems both would appreciate the same outcome; that is the ability to contribute within society and otherwise to be left alone without precluding your neighbors of the same ability.

The 24-Hour Turn-Around: Discovering the Power to Change by Jim Hartness & Neil Eskelin - I found this book in a drug store and started reading it while waiting for a prescription to be filled.
