Hi Everyone,I purchased a tax lien on a property and found out today that the name on the tax assessor's website is the name of a person who bought a tax certificate in 2020.

It cost $130 for the filing fees with the state to amend my certificate of creation with the secretary of state. 

I'm working on mine and looking for 8 resident certification.

I live in California, and bought a tax lien certificate (technically a Certificate of Purchase) on vacant commercial land in Arizona, sight unseen, at an online auction.

With that said, we will still file the 1031 declaration form and 8288-B form with our CPA in hopes that the certificate gets back in time before closing. 

Security, keep your resume updated, keep your sense of employment work ethic and skills or associated licenses, certifications in case you want or need to go back into the job market.
