Depends on the level of stress you and your marriage can handle.

Utah is not a community property state nor is there common law marriage. 

Your communication and relationship with a property manager is a marriage like commitment.

Additionally, I perceive partnership as a kind of professional marriage.

There is work involved in it, and the bigger you're holdings the more time you may have to spend Doctern' them.And if you take all of your time and spend it on business, your marriage may suffer and that means being liquidated in Divorce court with an MD Degree...

Co-signors generally have no interest in the property unless you are related by blood- parent, marriage,or  legal court order- these are "exceptions" which an Underwriter approves. 

My boyfriend later moved in with me into the second home and about a year later we got married.It is my understanding after talking to a local property lawyer that because 3 requirements were met, the rental property is still considered mine as a sole owner (the 3 conditions being: 1- asset was purchased before marriage. 2- we never lived there together as a couple. 3- all income & expenses for the property were kept separate from joint funds and are easily accountable). 

I've said before that these types of partnerships are a huge commitment (think marriage :)).
