I thought it was called a knockout crew but I may be mistaken.

It uses a 1/2 knockout with a rubber gasket, so it's easy to mount to a junction box.

I'm trying to knock out 2 birds with one stone. 1.

Some things might be easy to knock out in a weekend and you can pay the tenants for being flexible.

Had no issues with the loan officer but the appraiser took the maximum amount of time to knock out the appraisal.

Would you recommend someone with little cash reserves take on extreme borrowing to knock out their first deal?

@Jay HinrichsI was more saying I could buy a 100k property then knock out the mortgage quickly then repeat.

In the same 9-12 mos a typical build takes, I can knock out 3-4 flips with the same or even less capital it takes for a new construction. 

It just seems to me that the "singles" are so much more plentiful, so you could knock out a handful of those before you located and completed a "homerun".

Since graduating I landed a knock-out job in my industry, and am the youngest person in my office to buy a home, and have been investing heavily in my retirement all the while - just gotta live below your means.
