The lease will say that its the tenants responsibility to hire a competant mowing service at timely intervals,  to keep the lawn looking at least comparable with neighbors, no longer than 3" or whtever, blah blah....Or, maybe you could re landscape, level some, add rockery or shrubs, bulkhead. ???

Curb parking is more challenging but there is usually an ordinance requiring the cars be moved at some interval.

Once you start seeing your call intervals increase, meaning it's taking your callers longer to connect to another record, then it may be time to rest your list.

We've rented one of our houses for the past two years with Airbnb and made it to superhost at the first interval.

But I was scared of what to do if he didn't redeem, because of the laws regarding "posting notice" at different intervals. 

Either put into a non-penalty CD or put into Accredited-Investor Public Interval Fund or Debt Fund that has short term liquidity capability to withdraw.

That way you can say to the contractor "my lender will only give me X amount at X intervals."

I pay in predetermined intervals as work is completed, holding the largest portion until 100 percent completion. i also always buy materials independent of contractor, which avoids conflicts of interest pertaining to quality of materials bought and reducing material costs to have more money pocketed to contractor on flat money jobs.

As an example she pointed out how nice the downtown looked as far as upkeep for common areas and planters at regular intervals with pretty flowers up and down the main street.

I wonder how they'd overcome the current system of city inspections, as I don't expect the cities to say, yep, we're going to send the building and electrical and plumbing inspectors out in intervals of every 4 hours or so ;-)
