I desperately need to find a landlord insurance for my properties in Houston. 

I came across a 20 unit apt in Houston, TX.

I've been shopping around with brokers and have tried Obie and Steadily and those told me that they have no providers currently writing Landlord Policies in Harris County Houston TX.Can anyone advise if they have also run into this and if they have found  a solution?

How do you go about obtaining records of properties delinquent on taxes? Is the courthouse the the only solution, or are the records readily available online? I tried to look the records up online, but to no avail. 

I have several patio homes in Houston with room to add more. 

We are dealing with a similar scenario here in Houston. 

@Genny Li- agreed, our wedding opinion does not matter much, I’m also giving some thought to just making it our personal house, lots of mature trees, a full acre lot, 2100 sq ft, sell the Houston house, that bumps us from 1700 to 2100 sq ft , and a 6200 sq ft lot up to 42560 sq ft lot.
