I have seen pricing double ,triple or more in all of the Cleveland markets, GH, WH ,MH, CH ,Euclid Tremont, Ohio City, , Lee Harvard, and East Cleveland has done well also. 4, 5 years ago you could buy MF 5 + units for 15- 20k per unit, heck we were getting them for 10k per, now 40- 50 60k per unit and no inventory .
