Consider hiring 'Kelly Girl' or other temp agency person.

I have a girl and her mother who are in the process of loosing their home to foreclosure that would like to rent my SFR.

He also would have a bunch of girls in bikinis hanging all over the yacht that he was on while pitching his Real Estate system.Anyone else remember this guy?

Court date came, he didn't show up, so the judge awarded me 2000$ for late rents and other fees, when time came to evict him he took off with some girl I had never seen before, poor her she doesn't know what she got into!

Don't think that the boys will damage your units more, my father-in-law USED TO rent student housing and he said that the girls almost always made more of a mess of the place than the guys did.Don't worry about the value of your property going down, if you buy it at the right price and it cash flows I wouldn't worry about it.

When the girls were 3 & 4 I had a hammer in their hands lol).Anyways, I have done it all; tiling, drywall, framing, installed doors, carpeting, rough and finished carpentry, knocked down walls, installed cabinets, laminate flooring(I didn't want the added expense of hardwood), finished my basement (DH did the electrical although this does not appear hard to learn), designed and built a 20X20 paragoda/arbor for my patio (with some manly help) and installed a vinyl fence.
