Go to Panama, Colombia, Thailand, Egypt, and maybe another country or two and  scope the environment and if I see a growth bustling community.

I don't imagine this neighborhood in Iowa to be the bustling, competitive restaurant market like other metro cities but these things will still be important to potential tenants. 

Some blocks are wastelands and every house is falling down, others seem to be bustling with activity.

I am looking into a possible deal for some vacant land in Carrollwood/Egypt Lake area.
