The guy doing the work will still get more AND you will have a nice clean division between what is subject to FICA and what is not.Then on the next deal if you want to hire out the work instead of one of the principles doing it, it still stays clean.

As a builder my opinion is somewhat slanted, but here goes; you select the floor plan, colors and features that you have on you're wish list; the house has a warranty and you are usually selecting the homesite you wish the home to be constructed on; in a sub-division you still have a selection.

IMHO, if there is such a thing, I'd say an advisor would be more appropriate in a corporate setting, General Electric has a realestate division and there may be an advisor down the hall, last door on the left (has the cornor office with a view).

no. i have never been there. it's probably about an hour from me. i tend to do what the guru's advice.... stay in an area where i know. and i literally buy about 1-2 mile radius and know those 4-5 sub divisions like the back of my hand. i do my own repair calls, so going there would be a drain on my marriage. :)

The loan to value is found through the total of payments made and the appraised values as to what the market can show and the agreed price, not the agreed divisions of contributionns toward these two seperate bundles of rights.
