If you say the most you can get is 25k, then you really need a lender who will go maybe 85% possibly 90% on the front leverage and you'd have to be in a market where the sale price is under 100k.Lots of times the starting capital of the investor does not match with their home market.

I only worry about matching appliance brands on extremely high end units.
