Long term goal is Property  Appreciation.Brand new single family home with 3000sqft (+ additional 1200sqft unfinished basement) on a 0.25 acre lot.

My goal is to diversify with an investment that generates steady cash flow, even if it requires a larger upfront investment and lower overall returns. 

Long term its not a great cash flow property but with some renovations and addition of a parking slab I think long term appreciation is the big goal here.

My primary goal is to find the most cost-effective solution that minimizes tax liabilities, including avoiding property tax reassessment and maximizing the step-up in cost basis.
