We include smaller appliances like blenders, toasters, and definitely a coffee machine (we have Keurigs that brew single cups).

You will learn a lot by doing this.They are probably going to take measurements for flooring and drywall, count any doors that need replaced, look at what appliances need replaced, outlets, fixtures, countertops, etc.

Re-piped the whole property, built a laundry room, expanded the pool deck and added pavers, refenced the property, re-built 2 exterior staircases, re-landscaped, and put in all new cabinets, granite, appliances, LVP flooring, lights, doors, blinds, etc.What was the outcome?
