What type of properties are you looking to acquire, SF, 2-4 MF, or 5+ MF?

Hello,I am a Software Engineer and a Real Estate Investor working on a tech product for the real estate mortgage brokers.

After several calls with some of the larger PMS providers, where I really took the time to dive into their products and compare features, pricing, and more, we've decided to go with Hostfully.

I am looking to acquire a commercial property. 

Wouldn't hurt to look in to both to give yourself the best chance at finding the best loan product.

Obviously there’s a number of things that can go wrong, I’m just curious if you find the documents less effective than one from an experienced lawyer but you are willing to accept less quality for a cheaper product or if you actually find them more effective in the first place.

When you go to a Bank or Credit Union, they can only offer you what products that bank or credit union offer. 

Japanese people culturally like brand new and shiny products and you will have a small market of investors who won't touch unless you offer attractive yields.

I used the funds to acquire real estate that appreciated signficantly.
