If you gave a PG who also have to wonder if this will make you personally bankrupt cause well you don’t really have $1MM in personal assets so you are fairly motivated to sell before it drops even further. 

(this is the PG version of what I really feel you should do with it!!)

I am actually in the Dc area as well, in the Pg area there are still many on those bandit signs so there is still a market for whole selling here.Good luck to you though

Required 3rd property manager to give away their rights (and they had to sign a 10+pg document for us to get a loan)4.

It's a 9-pg contract that kind of reads like a big PSA.
