Don't worry they can't "steal" the property if you have a legit contract with the seller and enough time to shop it and close it (45 days is all my contracts).I know all this because I did a deal here in Florida recently that was about 30 mins away from me, my seller mailed me their signed contract.

I'd also recommend low water use toilets(there's one from Niagara called the Stealth that only uses .8 gpf) and Watersense faucets or aerators.If you really want to go crazy, put in a solar array to reduce your common area electricity expenses- and put it somewhere visible.

The neighbor has different soil. .. let's say too much nitrogen.. and she/he is adding more nitrogen, because they saw the neighbor doing it too...So they steal the "solution" of the neighbor without having a friggin CLUE why or what the neighbor did it in the first place.If you want to be successful at this, do not just look at others and see what they do and do it too.
