It is absolutely essential to take certain basic but key points into account. make sure you work with the right people (lawyer, real estate agent, notary), obviously assess the local market in terms of pricing etc, but also development in the area and future government plans. always work with an escrow agent to protect your position in the transaction.if you make sure you follow the right steps, there are plenty of good investment opportunities in Mexico's Caribbean.
