What's the deal with Dodd Frank - has it become more streamlined and easier to deal with over the past few years, that it has been implemented?

I've stumbled across the The Struggling Investor's Direct Mail Campaign Manager for Podio, but was wondering if there are any other systems to streamline leads, marketing campaigns, buyers etc. that I'm just not aware of.  

Really looking to have this as streamline as possible along with keeping it between the website and podio.Ideally I would like it to open the website, tenant fills out the web form and saves it.

is there a nationwide service that we can use that has a streamlined process and processing for each state?

From their site:"FHA's Streamlined 203(k) program permits homebuyers and homeowners to finance up to $35,000 into their mortgage to repair, improve, or upgrade their home."

If you use the same lender, ask about a stream lined refinance.  

I have I very streamline system myself and to be honest I should have clarified my perspective a bit more.
