It would be just like them to allow a ton of trade and commerce to take place where millions perhaps hundreds of millions or even billions of dollars would be generated only to jump in and hammer the entire industry right out from under the entrepreneurs who are participating in it.

I recently gutted that same bathroom a second time and over 30 years later, there wasn't a cracked tile to be found and I have to say there was good adhesion observed when going through the work of using a hammer drill and tile spade when removing the tile and Durock.

I used to do some work and convinced myself i was saving money, or that I liked to be on the job, managing the site or whatever...But Now on the very few days I go to job sites and pick up a hammer it is more of a day off, relaxing having fun with it and getting away from the mental grind of running the business.
