I’m curious if my rental lease doesn’t pertain a clause stating it’s the tenant responsibility to maintain lawn care, would it be reasonable to deduct from security deposit if such lawn has overgrown significantly.I know here lately where I am, it has been raining continuously for the past few weeks but of course it has been dry moments, however the grass was cut prior to past tenants moving in.Eat the cost myself or deduct, what you think..

I've asked my real estate agent if she known any RE investing friends, hoping she could introduce us  and she said she doesn't have any. and  I haven't had any luck with finding a partner. i know exactly what i want, pertaining to RE goals.

From my perspective, I would rather set the tenants up with a lease option and include in the contract that tenants are responsible for maintenance pertaining to the mobile home.
