Are you celebrating any special occasions?

Rob Nies Its been a couple years since Ive been to Rock Hill, but I enjoyed my time there on a few occasions.

I expect to be able to pay off the 2nd unit within 4-6 years because I work in commission and get high bonuses on occasion. 

This guy does commercial short sales on occasion and is really good at it, but I ask because I'm considering channeling his efforts toward more lucrative endeavors while I market for leads.

I can remember on several occasions that the first deal looked like the best deal at the time and after digging deeper it was a bad deal and a better one presented itself.

Are you open to me reaching out reaching out to you on occasion for some feedback on potential purchases?

Husband was able to quit last year, and now works a variaty of jobs, and details cars on occasion.   

I have signed with people per property on occasion but what you are doing looking for your first home it is reasonable to have some sort of agreement with a cancelation clause.

On two occasions in the last 4 years I had issues that were title company responsibilities.

On a few occasions, I did get responses from Scott I feel they were disingenuous and a delay tactic.
