Certainly seems that Petworth is a over amped as far initial strike price for acquisition and reno.

i think it is great that investors here are willing to strike fear into hearts of those that havent done their research, if for nothing else but as a deter-ant.

One thing that I had not thought of was striking a deal with land owners and offering a package to hunters.

Then when something came up in their strike area that checked the boxes they were all over it because they didn't doubt themselves when it came time to pull the trigger because of the homework they had done.Feel free to reach out anytime in regards to real estate investing in general or the local markets. 

I'm finding that to upgrade to a proximity tag or intercom system type entrance access system for tenants I'll need to replace the doors with something that has the electric/magnetic strike. 

Hopefully, the three of you can find some middle ground and strike a deal but looking at him as an adversary will probably not help you buy the house.
