I might not agree, but I won't label them debbie downer or a troll simply for disagreeing or speaking a negative word or try to infer that they are inferior investors or human beings because they have not written a best selling book or done a BP podcast.

Just make sure that you notify your portfolio management company exactly that the redeposit of funds should be labeled for rollover. 

This is also just labeled as a security vs a pet deposit so it can be used for any damages instead of just from the pet.  

Property in every shape and form is a duplex, but is labeled as an "on-site condo" with each side being labeled as it's own entity "condo".

I am considering the same approach like offering a $25 rent credit for doing this chore.The other option could be to request from the city two more regular trash carts and label them #1, #2, #3, #4 and have each tenant take out and retrieve their own.
