If you are sold on it, as a retirement builder, I'd suggest press all extra equity into the loan over the 5yr term, that is unless you are going to get active in investing, where if that were the case you should not be living in an investment in the first place unless it is the absolute cheapest possible if you need the cash.

The macros used in this program are only to open and close a worksheet or print a hidden worksheet when pressing a button so that it keeps the interface clean...that's it.

So I'm wondering:  What pressing, unmet need is out there for those of you who are big time into real estate investing?  

I promise you if very many landlords have all vacant houses at the same time you will have way more pressing concerns than unpaid debt.

I had a lady that worked for me about a decade ago whose husband was on the sex offender registry because her parents pressed charges when he was 18 and she was 15. 

I think we would be hard pressed to find another that is as profitable. 

Could she try to con me by waiting until the contract expires and press me for my earnest money ($100) or worse, sue me for not following through with my end of the contract, even though she called it off?  

I have also sent a few blank colleague request by pressing buttons or the awkward "can we be friends" request because i didn't really know what to ask. 

As long as you are not behind in your payments and the lenders are not pressing you to pay in full, I wouldn't advise throwing more money that way.
