The tenant walks out of the house holding this massive black gross pig, wrapped in some blanket as if I’m not going to see it & transports it to some van where two ladies take it away….With so many things on the go I leave this, a couple days later I’m meeting someone to check the boiler & cops are at the house & the boyfriend is being arrested, in handcuffs, etc.

The apartment is at the edge of a B neighbourhood with mostly single family households.

The situation is the way it is because households are still rebuilding their credit and rates are very low, and once credit is rebuilt the cost of owning can exceed that of renting, especially with higher mortgage rates.The economics at $750 are different: the tenant pay does not have access to credit, he does not want to take care of a home and will let not fix leaks or change aircon filters. 

Only one person in a household shall be entitled to claim a homestead in the District.

There are several companies with similar but differant names but I cannot locate the phone number and address of "Household Reality Corp.".

@Andrew Kerr--I'm actually very similar in my unwillingness to give out such information but I find my household is in the minority on that.  

We introduced ourselves first by letter and asked to meet with each household.

If you are able to budget in a weekly common area and bathroom cleaning, that will make everyone happy and alleviate some common household issues.I'll be back in the US on the 18th if you'd like to call.

And, over the last 4 years, approximately 42,200 new households have been added to the market, with another 17,500 households expected to form during 2019.

The only thing I don't like about CallTools is that multiple phone numbers cannot be put on a contact so the chance of calling that same person or household multiple times is possible.
