It takes about 6 weeks without hiccups. 1) 7 day notice to tenant 2) Notice filed with court 3) Court date set approx 2-3 weeks out depending on filing date and Landlord/Tenant Court dates 4) Judgement entered for plaintiff which provides another 7-14 days (depends on judge and case) to pay 5) If no payment writ issued 6) Sheriff Deputy schedules removal of tenant belongings with plaintiff.This is best case scenario.
