I would consult an attorney if you want to be 100% safe, but I don't think there is much about a lease agreement that could be considered privileged information. doctors and lawyers cannot divulge personal information because it is considered to be given in confidence.

I didn't go to college.....Obviously there are certain fields that absolutely require advanced learning (doctors, lawyers, etc)  but unfortunately most fields don't support the investment in your degree.
