That's why it's nice to have doctors and lawyers and such as tenants.

I have been reading through this excellent thread and others like it in order to determine what will be the best way to invest moving forward in the context of this new law.I am a high W2 earner as a doctor. 

I would consult an attorney if you want to be 100% safe, but I don't think there is much about a lease agreement that could be considered privileged information. doctors and lawyers cannot divulge personal information because it is considered to be given in confidence.

Doctor told me to sell it all.. and that's what I have done !.

I can't fathom having kids and not knowing if I'll be able to pay for the next doctors visit. 

@Alec McGinn You never need an accountant/lawyer/doctor till it's too late.

Rent is 1400 a month and she will be receiving $2000 a month for tuition/living expense, her partner makes $1600 a month at a paid job month from the U in which he is getting his doctorates.

I feel that I must address it before it continues to Escalade but I have an elderly tenant who is adamant that spraying is a health concern and stated that his doctor strong discouraged it.

Those of you who have spoken to me outside this forum and on, know that I'm not fond of what Doctors and dentists "practice".

I didn't go to college.....Obviously there are certain fields that absolutely require advanced learning (doctors, lawyers, etc)  but unfortunately most fields don't support the investment in your degree.
