I am trying to invest in US (single family, duplex to four flex for now to buy and hold) and looking for well experience cross border accountant, lawyer, who is experience in entities and cross border taxation before start buying in Chicago or other areas in US.

Perhaps we should close blue state borders and not let in immigrants from red states?

I live on the MA/NH border which is a very different market than Hyannis and the rest of the Cape Cod area.
