Following the above advice from north of the border will likely end with a Fair Housing action against you.For your own sake, you should familiarize yourself with the Fair Housing Act and the reasonable accommodation requirement of same.You should also familiarize yourself with the adverse action notice requirements of the Equal Credit Opportunity Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
