Between 2004 and 2014 I owned a half dozen duplexes in Rochester NY following the model that most now refer to as "out of state" investing (odd phrase as there is nothing especially magical about a state line).

When I'm trying to understand a statute or legal concept I go to the web site Leagle, its free and the Advanced Search tab allows you to search by a word, phrase or party name and filter by state or federal decision.
