And being on the north side of town you will have less army tenants and more air force as far as military.

Great price point, consistent buyers, and stable renters with the huge Army base. 

I then decided I was a great fit for the Army… I quickly realized my lifestyle was not going to give me a successful return in the Army.

Justin I'm still trying to get new bids on the work but the army has me in and out of the field so much these days I can't get the time but I'm not ruling anything out.

Reading and watching these trends from NY is one thing but as you seem to have made notable progress and have become the equivalent of Swiss army knife in real estate in the area I'm more inclined to believe the latter.

Now I’m not saying Detroit doesn’t have its own separate set of pitfalls as do many cities and some can even be devastating to a novice or even an experienced investor but with a large and awesome boots on the ground team or army the city becomes your oyster.

😔My plan is to start RE investing before I retire from the army in the next 5 to 7 years but not before I pay off my credit card debt which I feel is a good plan.My question is, should I also wait to pay off my car notes as well so I basically have no bad debt at all is is having a car loan manageable?
