IMO, you should loosen up - - do you forbid gold fish too?

I really don't care too much if I get this property, but don't want to kick myself if I find out later that it was a good deal.Is this a strategy often taken by sellers who are very motivated and will sell to the highest offer, or by those who don't care if it sells and are just fishing?

I would also add that there are likely hundreds of thousands that are not in line with all the laws that do not get reported, I have personally seen  close to a thousand of them and I am just a small fish in a big pond.

I think it offers a lot more options for little fish like me, who thought you have to save and save and save....till the day you can invest...but still mama papa shop bearing all risk by myself.aside from the fact that some of them would require being accredited investor, how people view this type of investment here?
