They unbelievably greedy! 

I used to be a stock options trader and a semi-professional Blackjack gambler, so I know the importance of money management and determining your exit points before you even enter the investment.Build a system, back test it, use it and refine it. 

As I learned being a stock and forex trader, there will ALWAYS be another good deal down the road, someone's always gonna cheat, someone's always gonna default on property taxes/ mortgage, someone is always gonna die and leave an estate. take your time now to learn the basics get an okay-ish job to save up money and then go or it.

I'm about 90 miles north of ATL where there are more real estate deals to be found....but fewer Trader Joes....so it's a toss-up ;) Best of luck and keep us posted on your journey!

She felt pretty good about us owning it and not some greedy developer.

I would say the same but Keegan isnt the one who's being all greedy..

Purchasing a property and holding onto it for 10 years or more isn't, that's investing.It's like the difference between a "day-trader" and Warren Buffet.
