I removed all the wood paneling and tile ceiling in the basement and refinished all the drywall finished with new paint trim cabinets and appliances, upstairs had been remodeled previously but I scraped off the popcorn ceiling and did a fresh coat of paint everywhere Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Gutted the kitchen and upstairs bathroom, new paint, trim, finished the screened-in porch, LVP in halls, bathroom, and kitchen, carpet in bedrooms, painted exterior, cleaned up yard.What was the outcome?

You can always add "brightness" or "character" by painting trim or architectural features, like the molding around the windows, the block keys around the arch, etc.

There appears to be a lot of dirt on the baseboards in the photo on the tops where they meet the wall and other trim (or maybe the caulking is beige?)
