I'm eager to hear from experienced investors who have tackled long-distance BRRRR projects.

We've DIY'ed a fair amount already, and I would not be afraid of tackling LVP solo -- we're just wanting to make an educated decision between hardwood, and LVP.  

@Naveen Desai I didn't tackle the eviction portion of your questions as I really didn't see it as an issue.  

I literally just woke up and decided to tackle on a new venture and so far I've learned much.

That sounds like a lot of things to tackle at once.

They are sitting vacant simply for the fact of not knowing if they should be tackled first or using our money to find something that could produce rent right away.
