Additionally, I know of an opportunity to make a little extra $$$ in providing a perpetual servitude (10' x 10' with driveway access) on one of the lots to a government entity that is doing a type of surveying in the area.  

Architecture and homes in general have always caught my attention, as well as the tiny house movement. 

Well, couldn't you just include it in some type of ongoing investment to pass on to an heir meaning you would never intend to sell it, but would only use it for perpetual cash flow?

Some of the unwashed masses want to drag rising rents kicking and screaming into the wealth inequality "movement" and attempt to also link it to "greedy" landlords who supposedly just want to take advantage of poor tenants.

I actually switch back and forth between the RPN HP-12c, one or two 12-button calculators perpetually up on my computer screen, as well as a Google Sheets spreadsheet or two. 

Prices do not increase perpetually, as the ability to pay will eventually max out (don't forget wages have been stagnant).

The slightest movement after wax ring has completely compressed can break the seal.Like mentioned above, I leave an inch in very back uncaulked so if there is a leak it has somewhere to go and you know it leaks.

Is there any movement to do this at all?
