Hello and thank you for your comments.Lindsay, the property price is fixed and the builder has already made some identical ones they say they will show me anytime so i can compare once the property is built. i do intend to have the property inspected and fly down to view it myself before i sign.

Back home in Australian we had an almost identical experience to yours.

EIN identity theft is more problematic than SSN theft and is growing more quickly as there is so much more that can be done fraudulently under a company name.

From what I've gathered both are very well written policies (and essentially identical).

Most are "kinda" the same when it comes to interest rates, amortization schedules, etc. but they're far from identical. 

They're all pretty much the same and I keep finishes, paint colors, etc. identical. 

My question is if you have a 'study' done on one unit, can you also apply that 'methodology' to your similar/identical units also?

The trouble is that the industry is littered with charlatans, quacks, and downright thieves that simply want to part you from your money.I have not seen Carleton Sheet's program, but I can almost guarantee you it is a waste of money.
