I just have serious doubts about their claims handling, and would suggest other investors try and exhaust other options first before using them.

HI All, This whole ordeal has been exhausting...some weird stuff happening behind the scenes.

They didn't spend time doing cardio and reading because they were plain exhausted from staying alive, not because they were swilling beer and watching All in the Family (yeah, I'm dating myself). 

I think we're 12-24 months away from eventually right now.Second, there is some exhaustion among buyers.  

Exhausting.

It's exhausting, no matter how many times you say grass is red it will not make it so.

We always recommend exhaust the least expensive options first before going the commercial route.  

A few things you may want to consider (this is in no way an exhaustive list), a title search for any liens or mortgages, if there are liens and mortgages how will they be satisfied?

So I have been very busy this year (my first year) and have acquired a few investment properties, and a few more are in works...If this continues, and I expect it to be the case, I shall exhaust my conventional 10 loans by Fall 2018.
